Up to two dogs are allowed in our pet friendly lodges, Cedar, Jasmine and Kale.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the lodge at anytime.
Dogs are charged at £25 per dog per short break and £40 per dog per week.
We provide a bath sheet and hand towel per person for use inside the accommodation, we do ask that you bring your own towel for use with the hot tub.
WiFi is available free of charge in reception. If you want WiFi around the park you can buy a card from reception. The internet at the park is fine for browsing, e-mail, messaging etc but it is no good for streaming or uploading/downloading. The internet cards are sold as 3 days or 1GB which ever is the soonest for £7.50 or for 1 week or 2GB which ever is the soonest for £10. These cards can be used on up to 5 devices.
Please be aware that the internet speed here is not super fast.
Disposable BBQs are not to be used on the decking area. We have gas BBQs that can be booked for your use and put on the decking for you. There is no charge for this, but we do ask that the BBQs are cleaned and returned in the same condition you receive them in, if they are not cleaned there will be a £25 cleaning fee charged. Please note that these are given out on a first come first served basis and are only let out for 1 night at a time to give all customers a chance to use them during their stay.
The heating will be pre-set when you arrive, usually these times are 7am – 9am, 12pm – 1pm and then on an hour off an hour between 4pm – 11pm. These times can be adjusted to your liking. Included in the hire charge is 10 hours of heating, this is inline with our fair usage policy. Extra heating can be arranged at £1 per hour.
Visitors are welcome at the park between 9am and 4.30pm. On arrival they must sign in at reception and visitors cars must remain in the car park for the duration of their visit. Before departing we ask that they sign out at reception.
All visitors must be over the age of 18.
In the Mini and Deluxe Lodges parking is available for 1 car next to the lodge. In the 2 bed lodges there is space for 2 cars next to the lodge.
The deluxe caravans have space for one car.
Pods have space for one car, weather permitting. As the parking for the pods is on grass if we have had particularly wet weather there is a designated spot on the tarmac outside of the field for you to park.
Due to us being a tranquil park we do not take group bookings of more than 4 people.
We do not take single sex groups at anytime.
All hot tubs are on the decking area of the lodge and are covered by a wooden gazebo.
Hot tubs on the caravans are NOT covered.
We ask that hot tubs are not used between 11pm and 7am, this is due to the quiet nature of the park and out of consideration for other guests.
Please note the pods do NOT have hot tubs.
Due to our location, being surrounded by farmland, we do not allow fireworks or Chinese lanterns to be set off at the park.
On arrival we will ask you for three pieces of information, car registration, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. No money will be taken/debited from the card so long as the accommodation is left in good order on your departure.
Arrival is after 2.30pm and up until 5pm. If you are going to be arriving after 5pm , check in can be arranged over the phone. We will take your car registration an e-mail address and card details for your security deposit. We will then put a map to your accommodation and if required a barrier card key in an envelope with your name on in our late arrivals box outside reception for you to collect when you arrive.
Upon request we can often have the accomodation ready for you by 2.30pm.
Check out is by 10am on the day of your departure.
