Your booking constitutes a legal contract and you are responsible for the total rental price.
Bookings are only confirmed on payment of a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost. The balance of your holiday must be paid in full 28 days before commencement of your holiday.
Bookings made within 28 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking and no refunds will be given.
Cancellations may be made up to 28 days in advance with only the loss of your deposit. Cancellations after this time must be paid in full and are non-refundable / transferable.
We recommend you arrange relevant insurance to protect against any potential loss.
Completion of a booking form and or completion of a telephone booking form is deemed as acceptance of these conditions.
Arrivals
Arrival times are between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. unless agreed in advance with the park. Departure is by 10 a.m. latest.
All guests must report to reception on arrival to sign into the visitors' book.
On arrival you will be issued with an electronic entry card for the barrier this must be returned with the caravan keys on the day of departure.
A refundable security deposit of £75.00 must be paid by credit / debit card upon arrival.
Noise
We are a tranquil park and, therefore, for the sake of other guests NO NOISE IS ALLOWED AFTER 11.00 p.m.
Radios etc are unwelcome at any time if played in the open or so loudly they can be heard by your neighbours.
Please keep noise to a minimum before 9 a.m.
Heating
We operate a 'fair usage policy' - the gas central heating is included in the price of your holiday up to a maximum of 7 hours in every
24 hours. The heating can be run longer than this, if changed by the owners, but will be charged at the rate of £1.00 per hour. We
reserve the right to ask anybody to leave who runs the heating longer than the prescribed time without the owners consent.
Groups
No groups in excess of four people will be accepted, unless previously agreed with the owners.
The park owners reserve the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where a guest has failed to disclose all material facts as required by the booking process.
The park owners may also require any person/s not adhering to the parks rules or creating a nuisance to leave the park. In these circumstances the park shall not be under any liability to the
person/s involved and shall be discharged from further performance of its obligations.
Fires and Barbeques
Only gas barbeques provided by the park may be used on decks, under no circumstances may charcoal barbeques of any description by used on caravan decks.
Miscellaneous
The site and its facilities are used entirely at the guests own risk.
Guests must ensure that their personal and vehicle insurance covers third party liability whilst within the park.
The park owner is absolved of all liability for accidents, loss or damage to any person or property.
Please observe the 10 mph speed limit in the park at all times.
We ask cyclists to ride with care and concern for everyone, cycling is only allowed on the roads.
Please do not climb on, remove stones from, or in any way damage the walls.
All visitors are requested to recycle by using the bins provided.
The washing of cars in the park is not permitted at anytime.
We are a holiday park exclusively for adults (persons over 18 years). This applies to all guests and their visitors.
The use of fireworks and Chinese lanterns is prohibited at all times.
Please ensure all external lights are turned off when you retire.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome, in our dog friendly units to a maximum of two dogs per unit.
Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times whilst in the park.
Please clean up after your dog at all times, this includes the dog walk area.
Please use the bins provided to dispose of any mess.
Dog owners who fail to clean up after their dog will be asked to leave the park without refund.
The park reserves the right to refuse dogs of a frightening nature.
